Advance Replacement Plan - Smartsuit Pro II
The Advance Replacement service ensures that you're never left without your essential equipment during production. If your Smartsuit Pro II breaks, and in-house repair is needed, we'll send you an express replacement that will be shipped within 48h after reporting the issue. We ship the new product before we have received the faulty one back.
This service runs alongside the standard 1-year warranty.

If you are working with tight production timelines and need an extra guarantee for your motion capture tools, then we recommend buying the Advance Replacement plan.
It will give you peace of mind, knowing that if something goes wrong with the gear, and in-house repair is needed, you'll get a new replacement that will be shipped to you within 48h.
We kindly ask you to ship the faulty Smartsuit back to us within 48h after reporting the issue. Since a new replacement will be sent to you automatically, you don't have to wait for any repairs.
The Advance Replacement service will cover ONE product (Smartsuit Pro II) only. If you purchase several Smartsuits at once, then you'll need to buy as many Advance Replacement plans as you may need accordingly.
The Advance Replacement plan needs to be bought TOGETHER with the Smartsuit Pro II. It cannot be bought separately or on its own.
With the Advance Replacement Plan (Smartsuit Pro II) you can replace one Smartsuit Pro II after you report an error to our technical support team and it needs to be replaced. The replacement can be made twice a year for the purchased product. For the 1-year plan it means 2x replacements for the year. For the 2-year plan it means 2x replacements for both years (4x replacements in total). The faulty product must be sent back to Rokoko.
